Serve as the primary post-sales contact for defined accounts. Develop deep understanding of Dragos Platform, WorldView Threat Intelligence, and Professional Services. Contribute to digital engagement strategies. Establish relationships and partner with customers to define success criteria. Execute customer success plans to drive onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction. Own customer management for designated segments, driving retention and health metrics. Monitor account health, identify risks, and escalate as needed. Maintain SFDC and other systems of record with detailed notes. Collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, Intelligence, and Support.
