Strong user research skills and Product sense Ability to develop strong conviction about user needs and problems based on user feedback and quantitative analysis Strong and structured communication skills to convince and get buy-in, embark/drive the squad, build relationships with commercial teams, and talk to users regularly Communicate with data, craft clear narratives from metrics, and align stakeholders on measurable outcomes Ability to navigate and simplify complex problems and make pragmatic trade-offs to ship fast and learn Hands-on and not afraid to step out of the traditional product role to make the product succeed Past experience in Product management at a scale up or large tech company is required Experience on Activation/Growth, PLG is a strong plus Experience working with accounting is not required, but curiosity and comfort with complexity are important
