4+ years of professional experience in Data Science. Strong trading background including building models and understanding derivatives, pricing, financial markets, and systems. Previous experience in the FinTech industry. Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms. Hands-on expertise with Python and relevant data science packages (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn). Strong problem-solving abilities and passion for DeFi and blockchain technology.

Lead research to understand crypto market actor behavior and translate insights into models for the simulation platform. Analyze market-leading protocols to generate insights and predictions. Explore new algorithms and techniques for DeFi security and optimization. Build data models and visualizations from blockchain data and simulation results. Present insights and strategic suggestions internally and externally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous platform improvement.
