Product Manager

Strong experience with early-stage products, primarily B2C High level of ownership and independence Experience managing remote and outsourced teams Proven ability to run MVPs, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development Strong product analytics expertise (metrics, A/B testing, tracking setup) Experience working with technical products; software development background or strong technical understanding Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools Excellent communication and prioritization skills

Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, launch, and iteration Build, test, and iterate MVPs rapidly based on data and user feedback Manage and prioritize multiple products simultaneously Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics Collaborate with remote and outsourced development teams Set up and analyze product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments Make data-driven decisions balancing business and user needs Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders Actively use AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analytics, and productivity
