Requirements:
Bachelor’s in computer science, IT or a related degree or equivalent work experience 3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience Certified Salesforce Developer required Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle Proven ability to develop within the Agile framework Salesforce development experience including configuration, customization, APEX, lightning web components, Triggers, Workflows, Approval processes, Reports and Dashboards Strong analytical and product management skills Experience implementing and administering Salesforce environments Ability to build and maintain strong vendor partnerships Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability mindset Critical problem solving Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with product teams and support teams Experience with Sales cloud, Experience cloud, and/or NPSP preferred Experience in Marketing cloud a plus
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, build, and deliver technical solutions on the Make-A-Wish America Salesforce platform Analyze complex business problems and implement solutions Deliver work within an agile framework Create design specifications, develop unit test scripts, and prepare technical documentation Build and maintain positive relationships within internal technical teams, vendors, and product teams Custom User Interface development (Visualforce/Lightning pages, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components) Deliver across the product life cycle (evaluations, design, development, testing, integrations, support) Lead or participate in architecture and technical design sessions Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews Coordinate release documentation and communications Identify and resolve technical challenges Support and assist with integration with other applications Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze and deliver on assigned user stories Proactively communicate risks and issues Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured maintainable code Effectively debug and resolve reported issues or defects Implementation of integration and 3rd party applications
