Salesforce Technical Lead

7+ years of Salesforce technical experience, including integrations with external systems and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) 5+ years leading technical teams in cloud-native environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning (Aura + LWC), Flows, and Visualforce Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API management/gateway concepts, event-driven architecture, and microservices Ability to make architectural trade-offs and defend decisions Experience in agile/product operating models and cross-functional collaboration

Lead and coach a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators Design and deliver Salesforce solutions integrating with Azure cloud Define and implement enterprise integration patterns (API gateway, event-driven, microservices) Build and maintain API integrations across systems Ensure Salesforce best practices, security, and operational resilience Improve delivery through CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring Drive innovation, identifying AI-supported opportunities
