- Own the strategic relationship for a portfolio of franchise and multi-location accounts.
- Set the direction, lead client conversations, and drive outcomes for client accounts.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies that connect national brand priorities to local market performance.
- Define clear KPIs, testing plans, and a path to optimization for strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with paid search, paid social, SEO, analytics, and technology teams to align execution with strategy.
- Lead QBRs, performance reviews, and client presentations with a point of view.
- Explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next in client presentations.
- Identify growth opportunities proactively, including channel expansion, budget reallocation, or new service initiatives.
- Manage budget pacing, scope changes, and SOW alignment in partnership with internal leadership.
