Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. Advanced experience with Lightning Experience. Advanced experience with Salesforce Flow. Advanced experience with custom objects and complex data models. Strong understanding of operational workflows and governance. Experience supporting a growing or complex organization. Salesforce development experience (Apex) is preferred. Experience with franchising, multi-location, or platform-based businesses is preferred. Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or finance systems is preferred. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Developer) are preferred. Experience partnering directly with senior leadership is preferred. Systems-minded and detail-oriented. Comfortable owning architectural decisions and tradeoffs. Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Practical and thoughtful—you value usability and scalability. Energized by building systems that people actually use.
Responsibilities:
Own Salesforce administration across Sales, Operations, and Client Services. Design and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships. Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets. Build and maintain Lightning record pages, page layouts, and validation rules. Establish and enforce data standards, governance, and documentation. Manage sandboxes, testing, and release processes. Design and build advanced Salesforce Flows. Implement approval workflows. Develop Apex as needed for complex logic or integrations. Continuously evaluate and improve automation. Build dashboards and reports. Enable clean reporting across complex hierarchies. Support and improve integrations with accounting and finance systems. Help plan and implement future payment integrations. Define clear system boundaries and sources of truth. Troubleshoot data sync and workflow issues. Document integration architecture and dependencies. Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams. Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Act as a trusted partner to leadership.
