Minimum of 1.5 years as an SDR or in a similar sales role. Preference for candidates with Home Health or Hospice experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics. Experience engaging with warm leads from events and marketing campaigns. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage). Familiarity with research tools (LinkedIn Navigator). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the sales organization.
