Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree, combined with equivalent medical experience. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in ICU, ECMO, Transplant, Perfusion, Organ Procurement, or Transplant Research. Demonstrated ability to maintain high flexibility and willingness to support sites across North America. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Critical thinking and exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships. Outstanding customer-facing service with a professional demeanor. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and quality. Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to travel up to 70% of the time. Willingness to work extended hours or remain awake for long periods. Must reside within 45 minutes of a major airport hub. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Complete didactic and hands-on training at OrganOx's Training Center. Achieve OrganOx metra® certification. Provide training and support to organ retrieval and transplant teams. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for remote and onsite clinical support. Travel nationally to hospitals and Organ Procurement Organizations for on-site case support. Organize initiation and refresher site visits. Partner with Territory Managers to address site-specific needs. Collaborate with liver transplant teams to collect and document data. Assist directors, managers, and other internal teams with assignments. Prepare case study reviews. Participate in scheduled virtual meetings and ongoing education sessions. Complete administrative responsibilities. Maintain vendor credentialing requirements. Represent OrganOx professionally at conferences and meetings. Ensure compliance with OrganOx quality policies and procedures. Build and maintain positive relationships with end users. Adhere to OrganOx's Code of Conduct and company policies.
