Provide training and education to new and existing Sentec users. Collaborate with field sales and marketing for sales training and development. Conduct on-site and virtual education, training, and presentations (CE and non-CE). Present at state and national society meetings. Act as a subject matter expert for product use in key market segments. Coordinate and deliver customer training and education with the local sales team. Articulate the clinical & economic value proposition of the technology. Participate in product evaluations and installations. Assess needs and provide comprehensive hands-on training on products, including maintenance and troubleshooting. Drive optimal bedside use of technology through education and training.
