Perform provisioning for new users Provide technical support and troubleshooting for third-party software applications Maintain application catalog, ensuring support, costs, contract terms are defined and up to date Monitor application performance and recommend improvements Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications Configure, test, install, and maintain software applications and related workflows Collaborate with vendors to manage integrations, updates, and issue resolution Document system configurations, workflows, and change management activities Lead or support small to mid-sized projects involving application enhancements or implementations Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation Participate in on-call rotations and support command center activities as needed Assist in developing and executing testing plans to ensure system integrity and performance Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations Ability to flex to other project priorities within an operational team, as needed
