Application Analyst I/II/Sr./Lead

At least 1 year of experience with enterprise applications and analysis. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, math, science or a closely related technical field. Demonstrated ability to upgrade and maintain multiple applications. Experience with documentation, presentation tools, and basic project or task management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools. Strong critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong customer relationship skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within an Agile IT environment. Collaborate with team members and leaders on strategic initiatives. Ensure applications are stable, secure, and evolving to meet business needs. Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements. Monitor project deliverables and timelines. Assist in the development and maintenance of application documentation, infrastructure, dataflows, architecture, and technical procedures. Support integrations between systems. Provide end-user support, including issue triage and root-cause analysis.
