5+ years of experience in field roles and demand generation/campaign roles Proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth Experience leveraging partner/channel marketing is ideal Expertise in planning and executing field marketing events (online and offline) Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, tools and tactics Experience working across EMEA markets with a focus on German and British territories Fluency in English and German preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Deep understanding of modern marketing tech stacks (marketing automation, CRMs, ABM tools)
