5+ years of experience in field roles, and demand generation/campaign roles Focus on B2B technology or software Proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth Experience leveraging partner/channel marketing Expertise in planning and executing field marketing events (online and offline) Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM-at scale) strategies, tools and tactics Experience working across EMEA markets with a focus on German and British territories Fluency in English and German preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Unphased by a fast paced, changing environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Deep understanding of modern marketing tech stacks
