Requirements:
5-10 years in Founders’ Office / Chief of Staff (execution) / BizOps / Program-Delivery at a fast-moving organization. Clear written communication skills. Proficiency in AI-assisted operations, including prompting LLMs and editing outputs. Familiarity with an operator's toolkit: RAID, dependencies, workbacks, change management. Ability to influence without authority. Bachelor's degree required. Experience with Jira/Confluence/Atlas, Microsoft 365/Teams, Atlassian Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities:
Own the operating system: cadence, priorities, and follow-through. Turn messy inputs into crisp plans. Set the tempo and hold the line. Manage weekly exec reviews, 30-day planning, and a single source of truth for actions, decisions, and risks. Convert calls/transcripts into concise one-page briefs, identifying owners, dates, and follow-ups. Ensure cross-team throughput across product, customer readiness, GTM, vendors, and hiring. Provide founder leverage through agenda hygiene, pre-reads, and decisive prioritization. Utilize AI tools (Atlassian Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot) for summarization, routing, and automation.
