Junior Trading Operations Specialist - Digital Assets (APAC Remote)

1+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience with settlements and trading reconciliation Strong preference for crypto asset experience 1+ years of experience working in a crypto environment with experience in managing clearing/settlement within cutoff times Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting) Based in the APAC geography Extremely strong attention to detail Self-organized and excellent communication Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrable passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies Understanding of asset transfers across CEXes and DEXes Adaptable and a strong team player Fluent in English Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile, track and present asset treasury and balances

Manage digital asset and fiat related trade settlement Communicate with internal and external trading counterparties for timely and accurate settlements Trade reconciliation from post trade to settlement Keep track of treasury and liaise with trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances Liaise with wider trading, OTC and options teams on balances and settlement status Provide administrative and client communication support Asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs Manage and add new banking beneficiaries Support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements Liaise with Keyrock’s account managers at banks on confirming cut-off times, fees and troubleshooting banking services Track and alert internal and external client margin and net open positions Liaise with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds Report technical and financial problems Provide support to the dev team for improvements and automating processes Monitor and project manage internal operations ticketing processes Work with trading teams to streamline and improve ticketing processes Oversee and help enhance collection, documentation and organisation of external counterparty FX and OTC related trade data Help improve efficiency and design of streamlined trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures
