Mobility Specialist - APAC

Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Ability to demonstrate composure and efficiency under pressure Experience in the technology sector or a company undergoing rapid growth is highly desirable Flexible and adaptable team player Demonstrated customer-facing experience with strong communication skills Strong interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal oversight is an advantage Must write and speak English fluently

Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance Monitor and control products/services for immigration compliance Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Seek and establish in-house immigration services Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications Maintain and monitor immigration law for ongoing compliance Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions Guide for specific travel needs and counsel on immigration processes Control case statuses utilizing case management systems Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses Improve processes through automation and documentation
