Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management, selling to Shippers/BCOs or logistics service providers (Freight Forwarders) Strong track record of exceeding quotas and successfully navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, preferably in APAC market Experience managing regional or global sales territories within the logtech or logistics space Process-driven approach to qualifying leads, managing pipelines, and collaborating cross-functionally Curiosity and a customer-first mindset Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills Capacity to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and involve leadership only when critical issues arise
