Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management, selling to Shippers/BCOs or logistics service providers Strong track record of exceeding quotas and successfully navigating complex enterprise sales cycles Experience managing regional or global sales territories within the logtech or logistics space Process-driven approach to qualifying leads and managing pipelines Curiosity and a customer-first mindset Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand customer base Manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing SaaS contracts Proactively hunt for new customers and nurture leads Drive pipeline growth and forecast sales targets Collaborate with marketing and product teams Ensure smooth handover of accounts to Customer Success teams Provide regular updates on sales metrics and pipeline status
