Requirements

  • Sales experience with clear sales KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience working autonomously within a sales team
  • Experience with regional sales teams and attending/hosting events for customer acquisition
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background (banking, investments, FX sales)
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
  • Strong communication and relationship maintenance skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with major global institutional/VIP clients
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through communication and understanding needs
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track key customer status
  • Analyze user behavior, identify needs, write analysis reports, and provide solutions and product feedback
