Requirements:
Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with clear sales KPIs. Familiarity with CRM tools. Experience working autonomously within a sales team, including regional teams and event-based customer acquisition. 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background (banking, investments, FX sales). Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks. Strong communication, flexibility, relationship maintenance, and sales skills; ability to work under pressure. Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Acquire and develop trust relationships with major global institutional/VIP clients. Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding their needs. Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track key customer status. Analyze user behavior, identify needs, write reports, and communicate with departments for service solutions and product feedback.
