3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital and paid ads marketing. Proven experience executing and coordinating campaigns. Experience running campaigns for hospitality, travel, real estate, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a strong plus. Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and (preferably) TikTok Ads. Understanding of conversion rate optimization, funnels and retargeting, email marketing and automation. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and iterate quickly. Strong execution skills with a commercial, results-focused approach. Excellent written and spoken English. Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps), a dependable laptop, and a focused workspace.
