Digital Assets Trader - Market Making (APAC Remote)

2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience across CEXes and DEXes Exposure to and understanding of key tradfi asset classes (options, futures, FX) Degree in a quantitative field (2.1 equivalent or above) Strong analytical ability Fully comfortable with trading and order books Able to act and take decisions under pressure Understanding of digital assets and blockchain technologies Understanding of financial market structure Strong attention to details Adaptable and a strong team player Coding experience with Python as a first language Good communicator Fluent in English

Support deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets Maintain a global view of algorithmic trading operations Execute trades across crypto spot, perpetuals, and options Manage hedging of crypto and FX exposure Perform trading operations including asset rebalancing Facilitate settlement of assets Implement preventative actions on trading bots Monitor client service level agreements Evaluate trading performance Track treasury and liaise with finance Report technical and financial problems Develop trading indicators Perform post-trade analysis Act as an internal point of call for trading insights Liaise with the Commercial team to provide client insights
