Junior Creative Producer

1-3 years of experience in video production, creative content, or media. Basic understanding of scripting and storytelling for video. Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for creative work (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Descript, Midjourney, or similar). Knowledge of video production processes and ability to coordinate logistics. Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Draft and refine scripts for various video types. Use AI tools for script brainstorming and polishing. Plan shoots by building shot lists, call sheets, and schedules. Coordinate logistics for shoots, including talent and gear. Support directors and videographers on shoot days. Organize footage and track revisions during post-production. Assist with reviewing video cuts and ensuring brand consistency. Use AI tools for automating captions, editing, or generating visuals. Maintain organized production files and a content library. Identify new AI or automation tools to improve production efficiency.
