Experience in a game production or project management role Demonstrated ownership of delivering features, updates, or live content Strong organizational and communication skills Experience working with cross‑functional game teams Comfort operating in fast‑moving, live service environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines (art, engineering, product, analytics) Demonstrated interest in user-generated content platforms like Roblox, Minecraft, or Fortnite Ability to work ET aligned hours (end at 5PM ET) Ability to work PT aligned hours (end at 5PM PT)

Own production planning for Brookhaven features, events, and updates Translate the roadmap into schedules, milestones, and task plans Track progress, dependencies, and risks across disciplines Run core production rituals (standups, planning, retrospectives, release readiness) Coordinate QA, release processes, and go‑live execution Ensure documentation and requirements are complete before work begins Partner with Product and Design on scope trade‑offs and sequencing Continuously improve production workflows and team effectiveness
