Junior Producer

At least 1 year of experience in digital production Familiarity with the full web or digital product lifecycle Comfortable using G Suite, Asana, and Slack Basic familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, or related design tools Experience working with remote and distributed teams Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative

Support Senior or Executive Producers across all phases of production Attend meetings, document decisions, and track action items Set up, maintain, and update tasks and timelines in JIRA Assist with content coordination and asset management Monitor schedules and flag risks or blockers Perform QA testing across browsers, devices, and platforms Log bugs, feedback, and fixes Support launch preparation Work closely with designers, developers, and producers Support client communication Ensure clear communication across distributed teams Escalate issues, blockers, or risks to Senior Producer Learn production best practices, tools, and workflows Support internal process improvements Contribute positively to team culture
