- Deliver strong visual storytelling through motion – Using composition, color, animation principles, and staging to create emotionally engaging and high-performing creatives
- Work across a modern production stack (After Effects, Blender, Unity)
- Collaborate closely with creative developers and adapting to technical workflows beyond traditional motion design
- Leverage AI and new technologies to optimize production
- Identify when and how to use AI tools effectively to increase speed while maintaining creative control
- Contribute ideas and push creative boundaries
