Responsibilities:
Full production ownership of Homa’s forever-franchise titles, from strategic planning through live operations Executive-level orchestration of multidisciplinary teams (Product, Tech, Art, Data, Growth, External Partners) Design and enforcement of production systems that scale across multiple long-lifecycle games Clear delivery frameworks: roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs Driving decision-making and prioritization to balance speed, quality, and long-term impact Risk identification and mitigation across people, scope, timelines, and technical constraints Resource planning at scale, ensuring teams are staffed, focused, and aligned with business priorities Operational excellence in live environments: planning updates, managing backlogs, coordinating releases Continuous improvement of execution, fewer bottlenecks, sharper prioritization, faster learning loops
