Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales of professional online staff and student safety & regulatory compliance solutions tailored exclusively to the education industry.
  • Primary focus on insurance partnerships, councils, groups, and collectives that influence decisions for multiple districts.
  • Explore and learn public school strategic networks and relationships.
  • Derive comprehensive discovery information for potential partners and present solutions.
  • Continuously improve presentation skills to achieve sales goals.
  • Works with R&D/IT to improve products and services.
  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with key decision makers.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
