Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales of professional online staff and student safety & regulatory compliance solutions tailored exclusively to the education industry. Primary focus on the insurance partnerships, councils, groups, and collectives that influence decisions for multiple districts. Explore and learn the public school strategic networks and relationships to meet the needs of or to enhance the channel services. Derive comprehensive discovery information for potential partners and present information and solution alternatives. Continuously improve presentation skills to achieve sales goals. Works with R&D/IT to improve products and services to address the needs of strategic group partners and member districts. Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with key decision makers. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals. Properly update sales pipeline in CRM tool (currently Salesforce). Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
