Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B SaaS/fintech sales with a proven record of driving revenue and adoption. Strategic and systems thinker who can design repeatable processes, frameworks, and go-to-market motions. Proven ability to manage the full partner lifecycle — from pipeline building and negotiation to implementation and post-launch optimization. Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements with clear ROI outcomes. Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with and influencing C-suite and senior leadership at partner organizations. Technically fluent: able to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on API-based integrations and understand basic data flows. Data-driven operator who uses analytics to evaluate partner performance and make evidence-based recommendations. Exceptional relationship builder and storyteller. Entrepreneurial and resourceful; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Passionate about creating long-term value for partners and acting as their advocate.
Responsibilities:
Own the full partnership lifecycle: source, pitch, structure, and close high-impact strategic and channel partnerships that drive adoption and revenue. Develop and manage a robust partner pipeline. Drive deal execution: manage the full process from first meeting through commercial negotiation and contract signing. Quarterback implementation and launch: lead cross-functional coordination for smooth integrations and on-time go-lives. Drive launch and post-launch success: execute co-marketing, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to expand scope. Scale partnerships: maintain and grow relationships through ongoing optimization and data-driven performance analysis. Build repeatable systems and playbooks for partner sourcing, onboarding, and activation. Be the voice of the partner: capture and synthesize partner insights, product feedback, and feature requests.
