Requirements:
4+ years experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or tech environment servicing mid-market customers. Proven track record of expanding and retaining customer accounts. Direct experience negotiating renewal contracts. Customer-facing experience with products serving industries slow to adopt new technology. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a "no task too small" mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts post-implementation, including training, support, escalations, expansion, retention, and renewals. Identify growth opportunities and risks within accounts and develop solutions. Facilitate account transitions from Onboarding and manage Support escalations. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to represent the customer's voice.
