Design Architect (US Construction)

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Proven experience with U.S.-based architectural or construction projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit is required. Experience with Lumion for rendering is a plus. Familiarity with Matterport is an advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Develop architectural drawings and design documentation for residential remodels, commercial renovations, and new construction projects. Collaborate with the U.S. project team to ensure designs meet client requirements and building codes. Prepare detailed Revit models, drawings, and layouts with accuracy and attention to design intent. Coordinate with engineers and consultants; ability to include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design is a plus. Review Matterport scans and assist in converting them into usable models or references. Maintain high-quality output and meet tight project deadlines.
