Architect (CAD)

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing work for UK firms Proficiency in creating detailed working drawings and construction documents Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools Creative and innovative design approach Excellent communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects independently

Develop and execute architectural design concepts Produce detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders Review and assess architectural work completed for UK firms Ensure designs comply with local and international building codes, regulations, and standards Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress Prepare and present design proposals to clients Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements Manage multiple projects simultaneously Maintain organized records of design documents, drawings, and project correspondence
