0-2 years of experience in CAD drafting Proficient in AutoCAD Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Surveying, or related field Experience working in the Construction or Surveying industry Technical proficiency in CAD software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret survey data Strong organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Arabic and other languages are advantageous but not required Knowledge of Revit or Civil 3D is advantageous but not required Knowledge of GIS systems, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a bonus but not mandatory Ability to work under supervision Strong teamwork skills

Assist in preparing detailed CAD drawings Use CAD software for technical drawings Maintain organized drawing files and file directories Collaborate with surveyors to integrate data Perform quality control checks Engage in continuous learning Create new drawings primarily, applying company processes to existing architectural plans Handle projects involving subdivision of buildings, working with existing architectural plans to create boundary lines and extract areas for authority submissions
