7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales operations, or a related field at a fast-growing company. Strong experience with sales and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LMS and CMS etc.). Ability to integrate systems across departments. Proven track record in developing training programs, sales playbooks, and enablement content. Deep understanding of the sales process, lead management, and competitive dynamics in a B2B or healthcare context. Exceptional communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Comfortable with data-driven decision making. Proficient with reporting and analytics tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.). Strong project management skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams and departments.
