Requirements:
6+ years of HR leadership experience in a global, multicultural organization Proven success in a Head of People, HR Director, or similar leadership role Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) Strong knowledge of international labor law, HR compliance, and various employment models Experience leading multi-functional HR Demonstrated ability to build and implement performance and engagement frameworks Strong financial acumen and experience managing or owning a People budget Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
Lead the People function globally Oversee Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters Design, implement, and embed performance management and career development frameworks Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance Partner with the People Operations Manager to optimize HR systems, policies, and workflows Develop and drive learning and development initiatives, succession planning, and organizational design Lead culture and engagement programs Own the People budget Champion fair, ethical, and scalable people practices
