Lead the People function globally, overseeing Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams. Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, from strategy to compliance. Design, implement, and embed performance management and career development frameworks. Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance across multiple countries. Partner with the People Operations Manager to optimize HR systems, policies, and workflows. Develop and drive learning and development initiatives, succession planning, and organizational design. Lead culture and engagement programs to strengthen motivation, retention, and cross-team collaboration. Own the People budget, ensuring responsible management of salary and non-salary costs. Champion fair, ethical, and scalable people practices aligned with Scarpel’s global values.
