3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; healthcare tech. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Product Marketing certification, preferred. Equivalent practical experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments will also be considered. B2B health plan marketing experience strongly preferred. Strong strategic thinking and execution chops. Proven ability to create compelling messaging for complex, multi-product portfolios targeting different personas. Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of programs, Notion, Figma, or other product project management tools. Clear, concise communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders. Experience launching products or features, building GTM plans, and tracking outcomes. Experience supporting product commercialization. Comfort working in a matrixed organization, aligning with cross-functional partners, and influencing stakeholders.
