Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of experience in business process management, system administration, or business support roles Experience with business process modeling and workflow automation Strong understanding of business systems (ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
