Develop and execute global real estate strategy to support network expansion goals. Lead end-to-end site acquisition process, including market analysis, site identification, due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiations. Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential sites in new and existing markets. Partner with internal stakeholders (Policy, Operations, Legal, Finance) on real estate decisions. Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners (brokers, landlords, developers, government agencies). Establish tools, systems, and playbooks for efficient portfolio management.
