Requirements
- Deep knowledge of real estate and its market ecosystem.
- Experience as an asset manager, broker, or technology professional selling into the market.
- Proven track record of winning and scaling in their domain.
- Ability to operate in details and think strategically about scaling.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with brokers, property managers, and real estate owners.
- Identify and qualify real estate owners with vacancy for Meter installation.
- Lead discovery calls and educate owners on Meter's value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing, structure, and contractual terms to close deals.
- Expand within owner portfolios and partner with Sales and Customer Success.
- Coordinate with Operations for Meter deployment and collaborate with Marketing and Design for events and materials.
