- Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle sophisticated commercial, construction, and government-related disputes in state and federal courts.
- Develop litigation strategy, draft dispositive motions, and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
- Lead depositions, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation.
- Serve as second chair at trial with opportunities for first-chair responsibilities.
- Prepare and examine witnesses and develop trial strategy.
- Build relationships with sophisticated clients as their primary legal advisor.
- Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Support business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
