Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within media, advertising, or adtech.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing brand and agency relationships at a senior level.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading teams of 10 or more.
  • Proven track record of growing a large book of business, including retention and revenue expansion.
  • Deep knowledge of media planning processes, agency holding structures, and advertiser decision-making.
  • Experience in a data-driven B2B environment, such as SaaS, adtech, or marketing technology.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build C-suite and VP-level relationships.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Operational rigor in implementing account planning frameworks and forecasting disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~15 Client Partners and senior ICs, managing portfolios of brand and agency accounts.
  • Define and execute client relationship strategies to deepen product adoption and expand partnership scope.
  • Serve as an internal voice of the client, translating feedback into product and service insights.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with top brand and agency clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align on account strategy.
  • Establish best practices for account planning, QBRs, success metrics, and renewal/upsell motions.
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps on forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
