Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 5 years of proven sales leadership
- Enterprise software sales experience, both as an individual contributor and sales leader
- Experience managing top performing sales team
- Working knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment
- Proven history of exceptional quota attainment
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Superb organizational skills
- Passionate about reporting metrics and closing deals
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in revenue and bookings in the region
- Personally oversee and be the primary sales leader for regional enterprise accounts
- Develop and prepare an actionable strategic sales plan for each named regional account in collaboration with partner and channel resources
- Maintain awareness and status of all key regional contractual obligations and facilitate necessary customer communications
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings with regional team and coach on strategies to drive closure
- Oversee a sales team of 4-8 individuals, including Directors of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Account Managers
- Coach direct reports on effective account plan execution and delivery of technology solutions
- Recruit, hire, and train new Account Executives on sales processes
