Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of proven sales leadership
  • Enterprise software sales experience, both as an individual contributor and sales leader
  • Experience managing top performing sales team
  • Working knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment
  • Proven history of exceptional quota attainment
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Passionate about reporting metrics and closing deals
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in revenue and bookings in the region
  • Personally oversee and be the primary sales leader for regional enterprise accounts
  • Develop and prepare an actionable strategic sales plan for each named regional account in collaboration with partner and channel resources
  • Maintain awareness and status of all key regional contractual obligations and facilitate necessary customer communications
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings with regional team and coach on strategies to drive closure
  • Oversee a sales team of 4-8 individuals, including Directors of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Account Managers
  • Coach direct reports on effective account plan execution and delivery of technology solutions
  • Recruit, hire, and train new Account Executives on sales processes
