Requirements
- Extensive experience in Banking & Financial Services, ideally in a senior digital, technology, or transformation leadership role
- Prior experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B technology focused on digital experience, analytics, or customer platforms (preferred)
- Strong understanding of banking procurement cycles, security reviews, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to translate digital and operational insights into measurable business outcomes such as risk reduction, fraud prevention, or revenue growth
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and the ability to influence complex deals without direct sales ownership
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales environments
- Strategic mindset with a clear perspective on how to win in the BFSI sector and navigate decision-making structures
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Banking & Financial Services industry strategy, including go-to-market planning, positioning, and revenue growth initiatives
- Partner with sales teams to secure strategic accounts, expand enterprise relationships, and win high-value financial services clients
- Develop vertical-specific messaging, competitive positioning, and playbooks to drive adoption and market differentiation
- Act as executive sponsor on key deals, supporting late-stage negotiations, procurement challenges, and security reviews
- Lead competitive strategy to displace incumbents by articulating clear ROI in areas such as fraud detection, digital experience, and operational efficiency
- Build and scale industry-specific enablement materials to accelerate sales effectiveness and consistency
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with banking compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the organization externally through analyst relations, conferences, thought leadership, and industry forums
- Leverage executive relationships to connect with senior banking stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, and risk leaders
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and solutions engineering to support vertical growth
