Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience across partnerships, business development, channel sales, ecosystem development, or other revenue-generating roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating measurable pipeline, revenue, or customer growth through partners.
  • Experience sourcing, signing, activating, and growing commercial partnerships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience conducting direct outreach to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven executive presence to engage confidently with firm partners, fractional CFOs, and finance leaders.
  • Comfort managing a segmented partner portfolio, long follow-up cycles, performance data, and cross-functional work.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments without pre-existing mature partner programs or playbooks.
  • Strong commercial instincts and focus on shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize accounting firms, fractional CFOs, and finance advisors with strong customer relationships.
  • Run targeted, persistent outbound outreach to senior leaders.
  • Structure partnership models, coordinate agreements, and establish shared expectations with partners.
  • Enable partners with the messaging, knowledge, and tools to identify indirect-tax risks for their customers.
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline from initial introduction through conversion and expansion.
  • Strengthen relationships by demonstrating the value and impact partners create for their clients.
  • Develop partner segmentation, tiering, playbooks, and repeatable activation programs to scale the channel.
