Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as an analyst, preferably in investments, real estate, or development Ability to analyze assets across multiple countries Strong financial and investment analysis skills, including understanding of financial statements, cash-flow modeling, and key metrics (ROI, IRR, NPV, DCF) Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Basic skills in Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau Knowledge of real estate transactions, taxation, and leasing specifics across different jurisdictions Experience preparing analytical reports and presentations for management English level B2 or higher (C1 preferred) Russian level C1+ Ability to work with databases, CRM, and ERP systems

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on real estate markets in the US, Latvia, and other countries Monitor key economic drivers and prepare comparative analytical reports Evaluate potential investment projects Analyze the company’s existing real estate portfolio Calculate ROI, IRR, and other performance indicators Build and maintain financial models for real estate assets Prepare scenario-based calculations Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management Collaborate with internal and external teams on transactions and valuations Develop presentations for stakeholders Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for investment opportunities
