3+ years of significant transactional experience Experience preferably in an in-house environment Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales Experience working independently and cross-functionally Junior/Mid-level lawyers with energy exposure are ideal Experience with construction agreements is a plus Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
