At least 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS startup (BD, sales operations, partnerships, or customer operations). Self-starter with a proactive mindset. Strong communicator with the ability to write clear follow-ups, build decks, and participate in conversations. Organized and proactive, ensuring details are managed. Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow into a deal owner and partnership manager. Comfortable with CRM systems like Hubspot. Bonus: exposure to logistics tech or supply chain tech.
