Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS startup (BD, sales operations, partnerships, or customer operations). Self-starter with a proactive mindset. Strong communicator with the ability to write clear follow-ups, build decks, and participate in conversations. Organized and proactive, ensuring details are managed. Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow into a deal owner and partnership manager. Comfortable with CRM systems like Hubspot. Bonus: exposure to logistics tech or supply chain tech.
Responsibilities:
Join partnership and sales conversations, prepare materials, and define next steps. Build decks, draft proposals, and follow up to help close deals. Deliver sales presentations and proposals. Manage customer trials end-to-end, including setting expectations and tracking progress. Identify and address blockers to maintain deal momentum. Take ownership of partnership discussions and close deals independently over time.
