Bachelor's degree in environmental science, policy, economics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental research, policy, or program coordination. Demonstrated experience engaging with government agencies, NGOs, and local stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail. Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data. Experience supporting multi-stakeholder or regional environmental programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with ocean, water, or climate-related programs in Southeast Asia. Experience contributing to multi-year, multi-stakeholder environmental or scientific initiatives. Ability to work and thrive in an entrepreneurial, rapidly evolving environment with significant ambiguity. Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral communications.
